bpxch Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bpxch platform — including its sportsbook, online casino, slot games, live dealer tables, wallet, and any associated mobile or web interfaces — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the bpxch platform. Continued use of any bpxch service constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms and any updates to them published from time to time.

To register and maintain an active account on bpxch, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. bpxch reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a CNIC, passport, or utility bill — to verify the information provided at any stage of the account lifecycle.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your bpxch account. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits made, all withdrawals initiated, and all communications sent through or in connection with your account.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bpxch support immediately via live chat.

• Each individual may hold only one registered bpxch account. Opening, or attempting to open, duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account balances are non-transferable between bpxch accounts. They may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another person.
• You must notify bpxch promptly if any of your registered personal details change, including your address, contact number, or payment method details.
• bpxch is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

bpxch reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. During such checks, withdrawal functionality may be temporarily suspended. bpxch will endeavour to complete such checks without undue delay.

bpxch supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT. All account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your bpxch wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. bpxch does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, bonus wagering requirement completion before processing.
• bpxch does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• bpxch reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

All wagers placed on bpxch — whether on cricket, other sports, live dealer games, slot machines, or any other product — are subject to the specific product rules displayed on the relevant section of the platform, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

bpxch reserves the right to void any wager, in full or in part, in the following circumstances:

• The wager was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body.
• The wager was placed using funds obtained through bonus exploitation, fraud, or a chargeback.
• The odds or prices at which the wager was accepted were materially incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• There is credible evidence that the outcome of the event was fixed, manipulated, or agreed upon in advance.
• The wager was placed in breach of any applicable rule, law, or regulation.

All bets are final once confirmed by the bpxch system. bpxch does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances where platform error is unambiguously demonstrated. Decisions made by bpxch on betting disputes are final and binding.

Live in-play betting markets — particularly cricket ball-by-ball markets — may be suspended or removed at any time at bpxch's discretion. Wagers accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless otherwise voided under the circumstances described above.

bpxch may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback credits, loyalty rewards, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general provisions.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal eligibility is conferred.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bpxch and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bpxch reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void associated wagers, and to retain any funds where legally permissible.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of any event offered for wagering on bpxch.
• Colluding with other players, affiliates, or third parties to exploit odds, bonuses, or platform mechanics.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using bpxch for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise circumvent any security measure or technical system on the bpxch platform.
• Opening or operating duplicate accounts in your own name or the name of a third party.
• Accessing bpxch from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited without lawful authority to do so.

bpxch cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal activity. Information about accounts involved in suspected illegal conduct may be disclosed to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

All content, software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the bpxch platform are the exclusive property of bpxch or its licensed suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the bpxch platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display any bpxch content without prior written consent.
• Use bpxch trademarks, logos, or brand names in any manner that implies endorsement or association without authorisation.
• Commercially exploit any part of the bpxch platform or its content.
• Create derivative works based on bpxch's proprietary materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpxch, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the bpxch platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or profits arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or platform errors.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the platform.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal disbursement caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the bpxch service for any reason.

bpxch provides its platform on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. bpxch does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete required identity, age, or source-of-funds verification within a reasonable time.
• Instruction by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

You may request closure of your bpxch account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any available real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, net of any applicable pending verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue to apply following account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpxch holds its international gaming licence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through the bpxch customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration panels specified under bpxch's gaming licence terms. bpxch will make available its licence dispute resolution process details upon request to any registered player.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bpxch from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Where changes are material, bpxch will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bpxch platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using bpxch and may request account closure.
